We are pleased to present swimmer specific information on Nutrition for Swimming. This has been prepared for the club by Vicky Turton. Vicky qualified as a Dietitian in 1995 and has been practicing as a Dietitian in the NHS since then. You will see Vicky Poolside with Youth Fitness and also will be attending Cyprus this year as a Team Manager. Both Vicky's children swam for Monson and she has researched the best ways of providing nutrition and hydration to optimise swimming performance.
