Meet Information
The meet is to be licensed at Level 3 and will take place at Tunbridge Wells Sports Centre in a 25m, 6 lane pool with electronic timing, anti-wave lane ropes and Omega wedge starting blocks. A secondary strobe is available.
Entry Closing Date
The closing date for entries is midnight on Sunday 8 March 2026.
Programme
Events will consist of 50m, 100m and 200m in all strokes, 400m Freestyle, 200m and 400m Individual Medley. The meet provides swimmers the opportunity to achieve QTs for entry into both County and Regional Championships. The competition will be run on a ‘heat declared winner’ basis. All events will be swum with all age-groups combined and will be seeded by entry times, slowest to fastest. All heats will be swum in a spearhead formation.
Age Groups
Age-groups are 11-12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18+. Ages are as at midnight on 31 December 2026.
Awards
Awards will be made to the Top 3 in each age group for each event.
Entry Standards
Entries must be slower than the listed upper limit times, which are set to match the 2026 South East Region automatic qualifying standards. Entries with no qualifying time (NT) will not be accepted.
Entry Fee
The entry is £7.50 per event and club entries of more than 3 swimmers must use the electronic entry file.
Technical Officials
The event requires a minimum number of officials for each session. We request that each club provides as many officials as possible. To help us cover all sessions fully, we would ask, at a minimum, that those entering more than 5 swimmers provide at least one official per session and those clubs entering 15 or more swimmers provide at least two officials per session. Please sign up if you are appropriately qualified - as a Level 3 this meet only requires you to be a J1 Trainee.
